Return Policy

Returns are eligible for refund if they are returned within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at louandco21@gmail.com to initiate the return or come to our shop at 118 E Main St., Marion, VA. 

You have 14 days from the time you receive your items to contact me at louandco21@gmail.com and mail your item(s) back. If your order is local pick up, the 14 day policy begins when the order is fulfilled for pick up. You are responsible for picking your order up.

Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them. The items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, without stains, no smoke or pet odor, and with tags still attached.

Lou & Co will send you a return label for shipping your unwanted items back to us using UPS, or you may return in-person at the store within the 14 days.

Items returned without contacting us first or after the 14 day period will not be accepted.
